1、工程概況
1.1工程簡介
1.1.1工程名稱：府安瓊天廣場消防工程
1.1.2工程地址：懷化市迎豐西路207號
1.1.3建設(shè)單位：懷化市府安房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司
1.1.4設(shè)計單位：湖南省建筑工程集團(tuán)設(shè)計研究院
1.1.5結(jié)構(gòu)類型及層數(shù)：本工程屬于新建工程，其中地上寫字樓二十五層，住宅樓二十九層，地下一層，鋼筋混凝土框剪結(jié)構(gòu)，為一類高層建筑，建筑高度98.95米，面積約9萬平方米。
1.1.6工程內(nèi)容：府安瓊天廣場消防工程施工圖示消防工程全部內(nèi)容，工程內(nèi)容包括火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)、自動噴淋滅火系統(tǒng)、水噴霧滅火系統(tǒng)、消火栓系統(tǒng)、防火卷簾。
1.1.6.1火災(zāi)自動報警系統(tǒng)
本工程在大樓的樓梯間、電梯前室等處設(shè)置離子感煙探測器，在車庫等處設(shè)置感溫探測器，在主要出入口設(shè)置手動報警按鈕，在消火栓內(nèi)設(shè)置消火栓按鈕。消防中心設(shè)置集中報警控制器，形成可靠的火災(zāi)報警型號系統(tǒng)。消火栓按鈕、水流指示器，噴淋、噴霧泵、消防泵、非消防用電切斷都能通過聯(lián)動實現(xiàn)手動、自動控制，啟動聲光報警器。
1.1.6.2自動噴淋滅火系統(tǒng)
自動噴淋系統(tǒng)由地下貯水池，自動噴淋泵，屋頂水箱聯(lián)合供水，自動噴淋系統(tǒng)分兩區(qū)，共計九個濕式報警閥供水。要求有吊頂噴頭采用BBd15系列吊頂式玻璃球噴頭，無吊頂處采用ZSB15 系列直立型閉式玻璃球噴頭，噴頭動作溫度68度。管材及連接方式為：管徑在DN100及以上管道采用內(nèi)外熱鍍鋅鋼管，卡箍連

1.1.6.1 Automatic Fire Alarm System
