2、按照本公司發(fā)布的，本套施工作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書
3、本套作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書只對每一分項(xiàng)工程施工過程，按照正確的工藝程度實(shí)行指導(dǎo)控制，本身包含了對工程質(zhì)量的保證，但工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)仍應(yīng)按照國家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。
4、有關(guān)專業(yè)分項(xiàng)工程，需專業(yè)施工如地下工程、baopo工程、除鉆孔灌注樁外的各類樁基、地下室施工圍護(hù)、玻璃幕墻安裝等工程應(yīng)按施工圖紙要求專項(xiàng)單列施工技術(shù)方案，本套作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書未列入。
