室內(nèi)消防氣體(鹵代烷)滅火系統(tǒng)管道及設(shè)備安裝
1 范圍
本工藝標準適用于重要機房、珍藏庫、檔案庫等建筑。室內(nèi)消防采用鹵代烷氣體滅火系統(tǒng)管道及設(shè)備安裝工程。鹵代烷滅火劑具有不導電、不污染特點,但只有在密閉空間中才能取得良好效果。
2 施工準備
2.1 材料設(shè)備要求:
2.1.1 室內(nèi)消防氣體(鹵代烷)滅火設(shè)備、鋼材、管材、管件、各類閥件及附屬制品零配件等,應有出廠證明書及產(chǎn)品合格證。進入現(xiàn)場后,安裝使用前做檢查、驗證工作,必須符合國家有關(guān)規(guī)范、部頒標準及消防監(jiān)督部門的規(guī)定和要求。
2.1.2 按照施工安裝進度計劃核對進場后的材料數(shù)量,檢驗其規(guī)格、型號、尺寸、質(zhì)量是否符合設(shè)計圖紙要求。
2.1.2.1 鍍鋅碳素無縫鋼管及管件:
a 管材:采用鍍鋅碳素無縫鋼管或加厚鍍鋅碳素鋼管,管壁內(nèi)外鍍鋅均勻,無銹蝕,內(nèi)壁無卡筋,管壁厚度應符合設(shè)計要求。選擇管材時,內(nèi)部經(jīng)受的壓力應滿足設(shè)計要求。
b 管件:采用鍛壓鋼件內(nèi)外鍍鋅,鍍鋅層表面均勻,無銹蝕、無偏扣、亂絲、方扣、絲扣不全、角度不準等現(xiàn)象。特別是法蘭盤要內(nèi)外鍍鋅,鍍鋅層完整,水線均勻、不得有斷裂、粘著污物等現(xiàn)象。
2.1.2.2 有色金屬管道及管件:采用無縫銅管道及管件,管壁厚內(nèi)外均勻,管皮內(nèi)外表面光澤平滑,管件不得有絲扣不全、角度不準、偏扣、亂絲等現(xiàn)象。
2.1.2.3 閥件:閥件到貨后,要做抽樣實驗,應無裂紋、鑄造外型美觀、內(nèi)外規(guī)矩、開關(guān)靈活嚴密、手輪無損壞。
2.1.2.4 設(shè)備:鹵代烷氣體鋼瓶、起動裝置箱及箱內(nèi)附屬設(shè)備及零配件的規(guī)格、型號、尺寸、質(zhì)量必須符合設(shè)計要求,其設(shè)備的零配件應齊全,外觀表面規(guī)整,無損傷。搬運時戴上瓶蓋,不能倒置、沖擊,慎重操作,不允許放在日光下直射及高溫、附近有

1 Scope
