    3、除共有材料外，若仍有材料由若干個單位工程合用，如：圖紙會審紀要，出現(xiàn)甲、乙單位工程合用的情況（完全重復共用），則應將圖紙會審紀要填寫在甲單位工程的《移交書》上，并在備注上注明“含乙工程”，在乙單位工程的《移交書》圖紙會審紀要欄目上注明“見甲工程”；合用的材料宜集中歸到一個單位工程之中；當某一條款檔案在若干個單位
