1設(shè)備、人員動員周期和設(shè)備、人員、材料運到現(xiàn)場的方法
1.1設(shè)備、人員動員周期
我單位接到中標通知后，立即組織項目經(jīng)理部人員和機械設(shè)備上場。由項目經(jīng)理帶領(lǐng)技術(shù)、安全、質(zhì)量、計劃財務、設(shè)備物資、辦公室等部室人員共30人組成先遣組進入現(xiàn)場迅速展開工作。7天內(nèi)調(diào)配急需的施工人員180名進入現(xiàn)場，調(diào)配急需的挖掘機、推土機、裝載機、內(nèi)燃空壓機、內(nèi)燃發(fā)電機、混凝土拌和及運輸設(shè)備20臺套及整套試驗和測量儀器到達工地。項目經(jīng)理部其余人員15天內(nèi)全部到達現(xiàn)場，其他機械設(shè)備、人員根據(jù)工程進度安排，陸續(xù)上場，確保滿足施工需要。
1.2設(shè)備、人員和材料運到現(xiàn)場的方法
1.2.1設(shè)備
外埠的設(shè)備采用火車運至西安站，然后用汽車運到工地；就近的設(shè)備及從就近施工工地調(diào)運的設(shè)備采用平板運輸車運至施工現(xiàn)場。
1.2.2人員
人員乘坐火車或長途汽車到達工地。
