山東省安裝工程消耗量定額總說明

一、《山東省安裝工程消耗定額》共分十一冊，包括：

第一冊  機(jī)械設(shè)備安裝工程  DXD37-201-2002；

第二冊  電器設(shè)備安裝工程  DXD37-202-2002；

第三冊  熱力設(shè)備安裝工程  DXD37-203-2002；

第四冊  爐窯砌筑工程  DXD37-204-2002；

第五冊  靜置設(shè)備與工藝金屬結(jié)構(gòu)制作安裝工程  DXD37-205-2002；

第六冊  工業(yè)管道工程  DXD37-206-2002；

第七冊  消防及安全防范設(shè)備安裝工程  DXD37-207-2002；

第八冊  給排水、采暖、燃?xì)夤こ?nbsp; DXD37-208-2002；

第九冊  通風(fēng)空調(diào)工程  DXD37-209-2002；

第十冊  自動化控制儀表安裝工程  DXD37-210-2002；

第十一冊  刷油、防腐蝕、絕熱工程  DXD37-211-2002；

二、《山東省安裝工程消耗量定額》(以下簡稱本定額)適用于在我省行政區(qū)域內(nèi)工業(yè)與民

安裝的新建、擴(kuò)建及改造工程。具體適用范圍見各冊說明。

三、本定額是完成合格的規(guī)定計量單位分部分項安裝工程所需要的人工、材料、施工機(jī)械臺班的消耗量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，是我省安裝工程計價活動中統(tǒng)一安裝工程量的計算、項目劃分、計量單位的依據(jù)；是編制概算定額（指標(biāo)）、投資估算指標(biāo)以及測算工程造價指數(shù)的依據(jù)；也可作為制訂企業(yè)定額的基礎(chǔ)。

四、本定額是以《全國統(tǒng)一安裝工程預(yù)算定額》（GYD-2000）為基礎(chǔ)，依據(jù)現(xiàn)行國家、省有關(guān)工程建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，結(jié)合我省的實際情況編制的。

五、本定額是按下列正常的施工條件進(jìn)行編制的：

1.    設(shè)備、材料、成品、半成品、構(gòu)件完整無損，符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和設(shè)計要求，附有合格證書和試驗記錄。

2.    安裝工程和土建工程之間的交叉作業(yè)正常。
