將檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目:
1、熟悉圖紙,找出圖紙所示的各個(gè)避雷接地的接地體的位置,需要焊接的部位等;
2、在土建施工無防水要求的基礎(chǔ)或深基礎(chǔ)時(shí),根據(jù)圖紙和設(shè)計(jì)的要求部位,彈線定位所需要焊接鋼筋的位置;
3、根據(jù)圖紙要求,將底板筋搭接焊好,鋼筋的搭接尺寸應(yīng)不小于直徑的6倍。且應(yīng)雙面施焊,焊接牢固,并應(yīng)清除焊渣。
4、在將主筋與底板筋進(jìn)行搭接焊,檢查不應(yīng)有漏焊,且主筋的根數(shù)不少于2根,并在地面以下焊接接地連接板,并應(yīng)及時(shí)清理焊渣。
5、在回填土完畢后,應(yīng)測(cè)試接地電阻,若不滿足,可從接地連接板做人工接地體,達(dá)到滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求為止。
6、避雷帶施工:避雷卡子的間距應(yīng)控制在1m,且應(yīng)生根于女兒墻的圈梁,避雷帶的搭接焊,應(yīng)在鍍鋅圓鋼的6倍以上(即100mm左右),在陰陽角等部位應(yīng)做成圓弧狀,避雷帶應(yīng)與屋頂所有鐵質(zhì)器件可靠連接,保證接地連續(xù)性,最后將引下線(不少于2根主筋)分別與避雷帶可靠焊接。

5, in the backfill has been completed, ground resistance should be tested, if met, can be done manually from the ground interconnect grounding, to meet the design requirement.
6, with construction of lightning: lightning fastener spacing should be controlled at 1m, and should be rooted in the parapet of the ring beam, lightning with the lap welding, galvanized round steel should be more than 6 times (that is 100mm or so), the Yin and Yang angle were to be made arc-shaped, with lightning all the iron roof of the device should be reliable connection, to ensure ground continuity, and finally deflectors (not less than two longitudinal bars) were reliable and lightning with welding.
