交底內(nèi)容：
1. 本工程包含的預(yù)埋件種類：
綜合管溝預(yù)埋件主要為預(yù)埋鋼板、預(yù)埋鋼管、預(yù)埋吊環(huán)及爬梯等。在標準斷面的電纜倉、水倉和通信倉內(nèi)的側(cè)墻、底板和頂板均須預(yù)埋鋼板，防火門兩側(cè)各埋設(shè)一塊500×100×10鋼板；電纜倉和通信倉的頂板底、底板頂須預(yù)埋吊環(huán)，另在非標準斷面、綜合管溝交叉口及各種接出口附近均布置有預(yù)埋件。預(yù)埋件的具體布置詳見相關(guān)的設(shè)計圖紙。
2. 預(yù)埋件的制作：
預(yù)埋鋼板制作安排在公司車間進行，按照設(shè)計圖紙規(guī)格在車床加工鋼板，根據(jù)需用數(shù)量將加工好的鋼板運至施工現(xiàn)場。根據(jù)設(shè)計圖紙，規(guī)格為250×150×10的鋼板設(shè)兩排錨筋，每排3Φ14，錨筋間距為75.0mm，排距為50.0mm。規(guī)格為500×100×10的鋼板設(shè)一排錨筋，錨筋間距為100mm；錨筋與鋼板采用T形焊。
預(yù)埋Φ22鋼筋吊環(huán)安排在現(xiàn)場鋼筋加工場制作，按照設(shè)計圖紙進行下料、加工，制作完成后有序堆放在鋼筋棚內(nèi)，并要注意防銹。
爬梯根據(jù)設(shè)計圖紙要求，若是包塑防腐爬梯，向廠家訂做，一般爬梯則安排在現(xiàn)場鋼筋加工場制作。
3. 預(yù)埋件的安裝：
(1).  測量定位：根據(jù)設(shè)計圖紙，按照預(yù)埋件的分布及間距在現(xiàn)場進行測量放線定位，并做好預(yù)埋定位點標記。
(2).  安裝順序：底板、側(cè)墻預(yù)埋鋼板要在其鋼筋綁扎完成后進行；頂板預(yù)埋鋼板及吊環(huán)要在模板安裝完成及綁扎鋼筋前進行。
(3).  固定措施：采用點焊的方法固定預(yù)埋件，固定時注意：
預(yù)埋件定位經(jīng)復(fù)核無誤后，將錨固鋼筋與綜合管溝結(jié)構(gòu)鋼
