昌萬(wàn)公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目竣工檔案資料管理報(bào)告

一、項(xiàng)目概況
南昌至萬(wàn)年公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目（原稱南昌至峽嶺公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，2003年11月經(jīng)上級(jí)批準(zhǔn)，更稱為現(xiàn)名）依據(jù)江西省發(fā)展計(jì)劃委員會(huì)《關(guān)于南昌至峽嶺公路工程可行性研究報(bào)告的批復(fù)》（贛計(jì)能交字〔1999〕37號(hào)）、江西省發(fā)展計(jì)劃委員會(huì)《關(guān)于南昌至峽嶺公路工程初步設(shè)計(jì)的批復(fù)》（贛計(jì)設(shè)審字〔2002〕46號(hào)）、江西省發(fā)展計(jì)劃委員會(huì)《關(guān)于南昌至峽嶺公路重大設(shè)計(jì)變更及有關(guān)概算調(diào)整的批復(fù)》（贛計(jì)設(shè)審字〔2003〕341號(hào)）。該項(xiàng)目于2002年6月28日正式開(kāi)工，2004年5月20日進(jìn)行了交工驗(yàn)收，2004年6月28日正式建成通車。
（一）建設(shè)規(guī)模及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
南昌至萬(wàn)年（峽嶺）二級(jí)公路始于南昌市北京東路延伸段與尤（口）氨（廠）公路交界處，沿鄱陽(yáng)湖南岸修建。途經(jīng)南昌縣、進(jìn)賢縣、余干縣、萬(wàn)年縣，終點(diǎn)在萬(wàn)年縣境內(nèi)的峽嶺與206國(guó)道相接。主線總長(zhǎng)108.95公里，連接線長(zhǎng)5.92公里。工程總投資原為54055.34萬(wàn)元，經(jīng)省計(jì)委（贛設(shè)審字[2003]341號(hào)）文件批復(fù)，調(diào)整后的概算為59034.78萬(wàn)元。
昌萬(wàn)公路是南昌市的東出口和我省北部地區(qū)主要交通要道之一，2002年列入省政府計(jì)劃建設(shè)的

1 Project Overview
