無靴端夯擴(kuò)灌注樁(簡(jiǎn)稱夯擴(kuò)樁)是一種采用錘擊方式將樁端現(xiàn)澆混凝土夯擴(kuò)成大頭形的灌注樁,由浙江省機(jī)械施工公司與杭州市城建設(shè)計(jì)院等單位于1979年共同研試成功,它與國(guó)外已獲專利的“法蘭克樁”和“阿爾法樁”同屬樁端夯擴(kuò)型灌注樁。該類樁除具有技術(shù)可靠、工藝科學(xué)、施工周期短、無泥漿和工程造價(jià)低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)外,對(duì)同直徑的灌注樁而言,單樁承載力有較大幅度提高。
1特點(diǎn)
1.l由于樁端通過夯擴(kuò)形成大頭,且可根據(jù)不同設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行多次夯擴(kuò)或多節(jié)夯擴(kuò),增大了樁端或樁身局部截面積,提高了單樁垂直承載力(RK)。
1.2采用同樁身同標(biāo)號(hào)的干混凝土作土塞,成功地解決了施工中孔底止淤的關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量問題,減少了樁的沉降,同時(shí)撥管成樁時(shí),樁身混凝土是利用柴油錘和內(nèi)夯管的自重壓密成形,保證了樁身質(zhì)量。
1.3由于夯擴(kuò)樁是采用打入并夯擴(kuò)成樁,故對(duì)樁周及樁端地基土有明顯擠密作用,從而提高了地基土強(qiáng)度,對(duì)地基處理有一定復(fù)合作用,同時(shí)對(duì)防止砂土地震液化有一定效果。
1.4對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)要求的適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),可根據(jù)地基土的分布條件與性質(zhì)來選擇樁長(zhǎng)和調(diào)整夯擴(kuò)參數(shù),以滿足設(shè)計(jì)所需的承載力。
1.5夯擴(kuò)樁施工簡(jiǎn)便,周期短,施工中不存在泥漿處理等問題,降低工程造價(jià),具有明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
