一、 材料準(zhǔn)備
預(yù)應(yīng)力筋(鋼絞線、精軋螺紋鋼筋或普通螺紋鋼筋)、32.5級(jí)普通硅酸鹽水泥、錨桿錨具 (QM、QVM錨具)。
二、 施工機(jī)具
鉆孔機(jī)、拔管機(jī)、注漿泵、電動(dòng)油泵、千斤頂、控制儀表等。
三、 作業(yè)條件
1、 施工地區(qū)的地質(zhì)勘探資料,查明該地區(qū)的土層分布和各土層的物理力學(xué)特性,以便確定土層錨桿的布置和選擇鉆孔方法。
2、 了解地下水位及其變化情況、地下水的成分和含量,以便研究對(duì)土層錨桿的防腐處理。
3、 查明施工地區(qū)地下構(gòu)筑物及地下管線的位置和情況,以便確定土層錨桿的方法。
4、 考慮土層錨桿施工對(duì)鄰近建筑物或地域的影響,如果土層錨桿的長(zhǎng)度超出建筑物紅線時(shí),要征得有關(guān)部門的同意或許可后方可進(jìn)行施工。
5、 施工前要編制土層錨桿的施工方案,確定土層錨桿的施工順序,安排好施工進(jìn)度和勞動(dòng)力組織,制定鉆孔機(jī)械的進(jìn)場(chǎng)、使用和保養(yǎng)維修
One, materials prepared
Tendons (strand, twisted steel finishing mill or ordinary twisted steel), 32.5 ordinary portland cement, bolt anchor (QM, QVM anchor).
Second, construction equipment
Drilling machine, pulling machine, injection pump, electric pump, jack, control instrumentation.
Third, the operating conditions
1, the construction area of geological exploration data, to identify the area of soil distribution and the physical and mechanical properties of soil to determine soil anchor of the arrangement and selection of drilling methods.
2, to understand changes in groundwater levels and groundwater of the components and content in order to study the corrosion protection of the soil anchor.
3, identification of construction areas and underground structures and the location of underground pipelines in order to determine soil anchor method.
4, consider the construction of the adjacent soil anchor of a building or area, if the soil anchor the length of the building beyond the red line, we must obtain the consent or permission of the relevant departments before they can start construction.
5, before the construction of Anchor in Soil preparation program to determine the soil anchor of the construction sequence, arrange construction schedule and labor organizations, to develop drilling machine approach, use and maintenance
