交底內(nèi)容：
1. 本箱涵（K9+535.284）的結(jié)構(gòu)砼為C30砼，抗?jié)B標(biāo)號(hào)為S6，墊層為C10素砼。
2. 混凝土的保護(hù)層厚度：底板為40mm，墻、頂板為35mm；
3. 混凝土配制：本工程采用商品混凝土，混凝土配置嚴(yán)格按設(shè)計(jì)要求的技術(shù)指針確定�；炷�土配合比必須經(jīng)試驗(yàn)確定，水泥的選用要減小地下水對(duì)鋼筋及混凝土的腐蝕。
4. 混凝土澆注前對(duì)模板、鋼筋、端頭止水帶等進(jìn)行檢查，清除模板內(nèi)雜物，隱蔽驗(yàn)收合格后，方可灌注。
5. 混凝土澆注過(guò)程中隨時(shí)觀測(cè)模板、支架、鋼筋等情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，及時(shí)處理。
6. 混凝土的澆注：本工程采用泵送商品混凝土，混凝土到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后，材料試驗(yàn)員核準(zhǔn)混凝土發(fā)車時(shí)間，混凝土的品種、強(qiáng)度等級(jí)，混凝土坍落度是否在規(guī)定的范圍內(nèi)，并隨機(jī)取樣測(cè)定和做試塊，嚴(yán)格把好混凝土的質(zhì)量關(guān)。不同部分混凝土施工分述如下：
