內(nèi)容：
本工程結(jié)構(gòu)所用材料均應(yīng)符合國家規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，砼強(qiáng)度等級均按以下規(guī)定：主臺倉筏板基礎(chǔ)及剪力墻為C40，柱為C35，梁、板、樓梯為C30。
一、 材料要求：
商品砼
二、 主要機(jī)具；
砼泵車，插入式振搗器、棒，木抹子，鐵插尺，膠皮水管，鐵桶，塔式起重機(jī)。
三、 作業(yè)條件：
1． 澆筑砼層的模板，鋼筋，預(yù)埋件及管線等全部安裝完畢，經(jīng)檢查符合設(shè)計要求，并辦完隱蔽、自檢手續(xù)。
2． 澆筑砼用架子及跑道巳搭設(shè)完畢并經(jīng)檢查合格。
振動器、棒經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)合格。
3． 操作班組應(yīng)根據(jù)工長技術(shù)交底的方案及施工驗(yàn)收規(guī)范的規(guī)定進(jìn)行作業(yè)。
四、 操作工藝：
工藝流程：作業(yè)準(zhǔn)備→砼運(yùn)輸→梁、柱、板、樓梯砼澆筑→養(yǎng)護(hù)。
作業(yè)準(zhǔn)備：澆筑混凝土前應(yīng)將模板內(nèi)的垃圾、泥土等雜物及鋼筋上的油污清除干凈，并檢查水泥砂漿墊塊是否墊好。木模板應(yīng)澆水濕潤。柱子模板
